USDA - NASS  Prices Received by Farmers for Field Crops, by State

Two Lotus 1-2-3 files of Monthly Price Received by Farmers data are
available.  PR1-8487.WK1 contains 1984-1987 data and
PR2-8896.WK1 contains 1988-1996 data.  U.S. level monthly prices are
present for most crops (refer to list below), however, State level
data may be unpublished and not included.

This series was assembled in October 1996.  Prices are included
through September 1996.  The September 1996 numbers are mid-month
preliminary figures and may be expected to change, once whole month
data are available.
